                  Residences @ Prinsep, Singapore Management University's first hostel, opened in December 2006. Three blocks of conservation flats were renovated to provide 48 apartments for 261 students.

                    420 solar panels covering the roof of the newly launched SMU Connexion building in 2022
                    SMU officially launched the SMU Connexion building which includes the installation of 420 solar panels on the roof, meeting 12 per cent of the campus’ overall energy consumption. As a city campus with limited avenues for onsite renewable engery generation, solar energy is the only feasible renewable energy source.

                      All about SMU Labs
                      Launched in December 2014, SMU Labs is a specially-designed facilities located at the old MPH building in Stamford Road that supports SMU-X courses. Facilities in the three-storey building such as the While and Huddle rooms, are designed to promote active participation, discussion, ideation and collaboration. There are also spaces for play, relaxation and rest. This video introduces the different spaces available to students round the clock for their enriched learning experiences.

                                          Students jamming in the basement studio
                                          Located at the basement car park of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, the basement studio has soundproofed walls, and is equipped with modern audio-visual equipment. It provides a practice space for music rehearsals, jamming suite and music productions, adding colour to the university life of students.
