President S R Nathan inaugurates First Patron's Day

Singapore President S R Nathan, the first patron of SMU, cutting the cake at Singapore Management University's inaugural Patron’s Day celebration. To his left are SMU President Janice Bellace and SMU Provost Tan Chin Tiong. The event was held on 12 January 2001 at the Evans Road building.
