The photo captures participants in the first run of the Impact Leadership Mentorship Programme (ILMP) in 2025. The programme was organized in collaboration with Compass@Campus, an initiative by Postgraduate Career Services to empower future-ready leaders for an evolving world of work.
Held at Dato’ Kho Hui Meng Career Centre’s (DKHMCC), Level 7 of the Administration Building, participants took part in a series of workshops exploring purpose, interpersonal effectiveness, trust, and servant leadership. Through guided discussions and reflection, students and recent graduates gained valuable insights to navigate their career journeys with greater clarity and confidence.
