Discovering student life beyond the classroom at the 2026 Open House CCA showcase
The photo captures the vibrant student co-curricular activities (CCA) showcase at the Activity Plaza on Level 1 of SMU Connexion during SMU Open House 2026. Manned by current SMU students, more than 150 student clubs and organisations showcased the diverse opportunities available beyond the classroom, engaging prospective students, their families, and visitors through interactive displays and conversations.
Organised into interest categories including Community Service, Sports, Arts, International Connections, and many others, the booths offered firsthand insights into student life at SMU. Through sharing their personal experiences, student representatives highlighted how they pursued their passions, developed leadership skills, built lasting friendships, and balanced co-curricular involvement alongside academic commitments. The showcase reflected SMU's vibrant campus culture and its commitment to providing a holistic and enriching university experience.
