Convocation 2008

Guest of honour Noeleen Heyzer addressing the crowd at Singapore Management University's ninth convocation. Dr Heyzer is the under-secretary-general of the United Nations and the executive secretary of the Economic and Social Commissions for Asia and the Pacific. Convocation 2008 was held at Suntec City Convention Centre on 16 August 2008.
