Entrepreneurship insights shared at 2026 SMU Open House panel discussion
- A panel discussion organised by the SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE) during SMU Open House 2026, held at the Jay & Marilyn Ng Greenhouse in SMU Connexion. The session, titled “What Most Students Realise Too Late: How to Get Startup Exposure Early at SMU,” explored opportunities for students to explore entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem during their university journey. Drawing on their experiences in academia, entrepreneurship, and venture capital, the speakers shared insights on gaining early startup exposure, developing entrepreneurial skills, and making the most of the innovation opportunities available at SMU.
